Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join our team in Bengaluru. This on-site role involves supporting licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in planning and delivering therapy sessions for children with speech and communication disorders. Responsibilities include assisting in the implementation of treatment plans, conducting individual or group activities, documenting progress, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to create a supportive and engaging therapy environment.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Speech Therapy and Articulation techniques
  • Strong understanding of Communication and Communication Disorders
  • Effective interpersonal and professional communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Passion for working with children and commitment to their development
  • Completion of a recognized Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or equivalent qualifications
  • Relevant work experience in a pediatric or therapeutic setting is preferred
  • Knowledge of behavior management strategies and Individualized Education Programs is a plus
