Requirements

• Child Psychology Expertise In-depth knowledge of child and adolescent psychological development.
• Assessment & Evaluation Proficient in using standardized tools to assess cognitive, emotional, and behavioral development.
• Behavioral Observation Skilled in identifying developmental delays, behavioral challenges, and emotional issues.
• Therapeutic Intervention Ability to design and implement therapy plans (play therapy, CBT, behavior modification) suitable for children.
• Counseling Skills Experience in providing emotional support and guidance to children and parents.
• IEP Development Contributing to Individualized Education Plans in coordination with special educators and therapists.
• Parent Training & Support Guiding caregivers in managing behavior and supporting developmental milestones at home.
• Multidisciplinary Teamwork Effective collaboration with speech therapists, occupational therapists, educators, and pediatricians.
