Job Description:

We are looking for dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing disorders across various age groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments using standardized tools.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Provide therapy for speech sound disorders, fluency disorders (stuttering), voice disorders, and neurogenic communication disorders.
• Work with children and adults with conditions such as Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Aphasia, Dysphagia, and more.
• Collaborate with audiologists, ENT specialists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals for holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about therapy goals and progress.
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow ethical and professional guidelines.

Requirements:

• Education: M.Sc. in Speech-Language Pathology or BASLP (Bachelor in Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology).
• Experience: Freshers and experienced professionals are welcome.

Skills:

• Strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a clinical, hospital, or rehabilitation setting.
• Passion for helping individuals improve their speech and language abilities.
