Role Description

We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time, on-site role at our Bengaluru center. The role involves assessing and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders in children, creating personalized therapy plans, and delivering effective interventions to enhance communication skills and swallowing functions. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, documenting progress, and providing guidance to families to support continued development and care.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Speech Therapy, addressing Communication Disorders, and supporting Language Disorders
  • Strong understanding of pediatric development and needs within early intervention frameworks
  • Ability to collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure individualized care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
  • Valid licensure or certification for Speech-Language Pathology practice
  • Prior experience in pediatric therapy is a plus
  • Commitment to ethical practices and professional growth
