Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist based in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include evaluating and diagnosing patients with communication, speech, and language disorders, as well as developing and implementing personalized treatment plans. The Speech Language Pathologist will deliver therapy for patients with speech and language disorders, including those with dysphagia, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care. The role also involves maintaining patient progress records and providing guidance to caregivers and family members to support therapeutic outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Speech Therapy and Speech-related interventions
- Experience in diagnosing and treating Dysphagia
- Knowledge of managing Communication Disorders including articulation, fluency, and voice issues
- Understanding and expertise in addressing Language Disorders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Valid certification and license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Experience in rehabilitation settings or working with individuals with neurological and musculoskeletal conditions is an advantage
