Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist based in Bengaluru. The role involves conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing direct therapy sessions for individuals with speech or language disorders. The Speech Language Pathologist will also work closely with families and caregivers to offer guidance, track progress, and ensure the most effective therapeutic strategies are employed to optimize communication and swallowing functions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Speech Therapy techniques for addressing a wide range of speech challenges
  • Knowledge and experience in managing Communication and Language Disorders
  • Expertise in assessing and treating Dysphagia and related conditions
  • Strong understanding of intervention strategies for various Speech and Language disorders
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with caregivers and team members
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field
  • Valid certification or licensing in Speech Language Pathology
  • Prior experience in working with children with developmental delays or disabilities is highly desirable
  • Ability to work empathetically and adapt to diverse individual needs
