Job Description

Company Description Avishi Center is an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) based organization that provides intervention services for children with Autism and other neurological disorders. The center focuses on each child's overall development while actively empowering parents through guidance and training. Avishi delivers evidence-based behavior analysis and therapy for children with Autism and other developmental disabilities. Services include direct training for children as well as structured programs and teaching procedures tailored to each child's needs, with family members closely involved in the therapeutic process.
Role Description The Speech Language Pathologist will provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for children with speech, language, and communication disorders within an ABA-based framework. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing individualized therapy plans, delivering one-on-one and small-group speech therapy sessions, and monitoring progress through regular documentation and review. The role also involves collaborating with behavior therapists and other professionals, training and supporting parents and caregivers on communication strategies, and contributing to multidisciplinary treatment planning. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in Speech Therapy and management of Communication Disorders.
  • Candidates should possess skills in assessing and treating Language Disorders and related developmental challenges.
  • Candidates should possess skills in managing Dysphagia and associated feeding or swallowing difficulties.
  • Relevant master's degree or equivalent in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences from a recognized institution.
  • Valid professional registration or licensure as required by local regulations.
  • Experience working with children with Autism and other developmental disabilities, preferably in an ABA or multidisciplinary setting.
  • Strong documentation, observation, and progress monitoring skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with families and cross-functional clinical teams, with clear and respectful communication.
