Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist based in Gurugram. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for a variety of speech, communication, and language disorders. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating clients needs, creating therapy plans, conducting treatment sessions, and collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team to ensure progress and achieve developmental goals. Record-keeping and progress monitoring for each client will also be essential tasks for this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Speech Therapy techniques and treatment methods
- Knowledge and experience in diagnosing and managing Speech and Language Disorders
- Understanding of Communication Disorders and Dysphagia therapy
- Ability to create customized therapeutic plans and collaborate with other professionals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with children and families
- Minimum of a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related field
- Relevant licensure or certification for speech-language practice
- Experience working with children with special needs is highly desirable
