Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Speech and Language Therapist located in Chennai. The Speech and Language Therapist will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Daily tasks include creating and implementing individualized therapy plans, conducting evaluations, monitoring progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to address patient needs.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Speech Therapy to address communication and language needs effectively
- Knowledge of Speech, Dysphagia, and Language Disorders to manage a range of patient conditions
- Experience working with patients with Communication Disorders in various age groups
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with patients, families, and team members
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in Speech and Language Pathology
- Ability to adapt therapy plans to individual needs and cultural considerations
- Experience in rehabilitation or clinical settings is advantageous
