Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist located in Madipakkam, Chennai. The Speech Language Pathologist will evaluate, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Responsibilities include developing personalized therapy plans, working closely with patients and their families, documenting progress, and collaborating with other professionals to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Speech Therapy and working with Speech and Language Disorders
- Experience and expertise in managing Dysphagia and other related swallowing disorders
- Ability to assess and address Communication and Language Disorders effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with patients and collaborate with colleagues
- Bachelor degree in speech-Lanuguage pathology
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
- Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Ability to work empathetically with individuals of diverse backgrounds and needs
