Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage key accounts for Project Sales of Construction Chemicals, including Epoxy, Waterproofing, Admixture, Sealant products.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue from existing customers and new business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy development.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 8-13 years of experience in construction chemical industry or related field (Project Sales).
- MBA/PGDM degree in Any Specialization; relevant certifications preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction chemicals such as Epoxy, Waterproofing, Admixture, Sealant products.
- Proven track record of success in managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
