Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering in Civil
Experience: Fresher or One Year of experience in the construction/waterproofing industry or AutoCAD.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, CAD Software.
Soft Skills: Good verbal communication, problem-solving, analytical, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- To create and update material/product specifications, data sheets, engineering drawings, and bill of quantities (BOQs) along with the Methodology statement.
- To coordinate with our own sales team members, architects, consultants, applicators, and business associates to align specs with project goals.
- To ensure all specifications are as per the company's guidelines and standards
- To provide technical information to all concerned, applicators, and sales team members, and manage documentation
- To prepare and present product details to Clients
- To constructively maintain relationships with all concerned, provide solutions, identify and troubleshoot on-site issues.
