Job Responsibilities
- Manage global and local transfer pricing compliance projects, including documentation and reporting.
- Ensure effective application of transfer pricing policy across all jurisdictions.
- Monitor local compliance and contribute TP and tax input into finance processes.
- Review quarterly and annual TP calculations and analysis for accuracy.
- Support external audits and assist with TP-related tax audits.
- Collaborate with the TP team to ensure consistency and drive process simplification.
- Identify and implement technology improvements to enhance automation in TP processes.
- Prepare and oversee intragroup contracts aligned with Group TP policies.
- Partner with tax, finance, legal, and controllership teams to support new initiatives
Job Qualifications
- 35 years of transfer pricing experience (practice and/or in-house).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proven proficiency in MS Excel; Oracle experience is a plus.
- Advanced English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with high initiative.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and deliver consistently high-quality work.
