Job Profile:
Total Rewards is an important arm of the People Function at Amagi and plays a critical role in enabling business growth through competitive, equitable, and scalable compensation and benefits programs. This role reports directly to the Director – Total Rewards and will serve as a key partner in driving the Total Rewards agenda across the organization. As a high-impact individual contributor, you will own and drive key compensation programs, partner with key stakeholders and influence decision-making through data-driven insights and strong market understanding. This is a high-visibility role with significant ownership, offering the opportunity to shape compensation practices in a fast-growing, global organization. Key responsibilities include designing and delivering programs to executing them seamlessly. The team will be looked upon as the subject matter experts and will be expected to coach and guide stakeholders in the organization to upkeep the philosophy and fairness on compensation and benefits related matters both at India and International locations.
