Job Profile:

Total Rewards is an important arm of the People Function at Amagi and plays a critical role in enabling business growth through competitive, equitable, and scalable compensation and benefits programs. This role reports directly to the Director – Total Rewards and will serve as a key partner in driving the Total Rewards agenda across the organization. As a high-impact individual contributor, you will own and drive key compensation programs, partner with key stakeholders and influence decision-making through data-driven insights and strong market understanding. This is a high-visibility role with significant ownership, offering the opportunity to shape compensation practices in a fast-growing, global organization. Key responsibilities include designing and delivering programs to executing them seamlessly. The team will be looked upon as the subject matter experts and will be expected to coach and guide stakeholders in the organization to upkeep the philosophy and fairness on compensation and benefits related matters both at India and International locations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Compensation Strategy & Program Ownership

  • Own end-to-end design and delivery of compensation programs including merit cycles, bonus planning, salary structures, and pay frameworks. Drive the evolution of compensation practices aligned with business needs and market trends and Partner with leadership and HRBPs on critical decisions related to offers, promotions, and internal movements

2. Governance, Compliance & Risk Management

  • Act as a custodian of compensation governance, ensuring strong controls, policy adherence, and audit readiness. Drive data accuracy, documentation discipline, and compliance across geographies and Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to compensation practices

3. Analytics & Decision Support

  • The role delivers data-driven insights through compensation analysis and modeling, participates in market surveys and supports market benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning and develops dashboards to track trends and measure the effectiveness of reward programs. Assist in building dashboards and analytical frameworks to track trends, pay equity, and program effectiveness

4. Stakeholder Advisory & Business Partnering

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to HRBPs and business leaders on all Total Rewards matters and Influence decision-making on compensation strategy, retention, and talent attraction. The role is required to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance and Revenue Operations on incentives and rewards programs

5. Process Excellence & Transformation

  • Drive automation, scalability, and continuous improvement in Total Rewards processes and Evaluate and implement tools and systems to enhance efficiency and maturity

Skills & Experience

  • 8 - 12 years of experience in HR, with atleast 6 years in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards
  • Strong expertise in compensation design, merit cycles, incentives (short & long term), and pay structures
  • Experience in global or multi-geo environments preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel/GSuite and compensation tools
  • Experience with compensation automation systems is a plus
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making
  • High attention to detail, strong ownership, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • MBA or equivalent qualification from a reputed institution preferred
