Lead Intake Calls with Confidence: Act as a trusted talent advisor. You will part of consultative intake meetings with hiring managers along with TA to deeply understand their hiring needs, define ideal candidate profiles, and set realistic market expectations.. Manage TA Requisitions: Take full ownership of your assigned talent acquisition requisitions, building robust, diverse pipelines of active and passive candidates.. Strategic Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and niche talent communities) to identify and engage top talent.. Candidate Screening & Pitching: Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, technical alignment and cultural fit with high enthusiasm..
