Our efforts transcend boundaries, contributing to advancements in various sectors,including healthcare, transportation, technology, and beyond, ultimately making a positive impact on society as a whole.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the program team for onboarding new hires, pre-identified candidates or scale up through employee transitionfrom external suppliersProcessing Extension request, Time submission, Payroll admin and offboardingMailbox management, liaising with suppliers to get the worker time card submitted on timeReview all candidate documents submitted for sufficiency for onboardingAssist with worker registration on VMS tool(Vindly) and ensure on time submittal of data to onsite MSP SpecialistManage and maintain basic reporting of on boarded and off boarded candidatesHandholding EW onboarding through scheduled induc tions and query resolutionsKey ExpertiseStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProven ability to work within a team environmentDetails oriented and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneouslyGood knowledge of using excel and comfortable with salary structure workings.QualificationsDegree holder with at least 4 years experience in staffing or MSP account managementExperienceMinimum 2 years experience in HR or customer service, with deep understanding of the technology or non-technologysector.Is this the job for you We would love to hear from you!
