We're looking for a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join our global procurement team and help us drive value through smart sourcing and supplier partnerships.
What You'll Do
As a Strategic Sourcing Specialist, you'll play a key role in sourcing indirect services that support our global operations. You'll lead supplier selection, negotiate contracts, and ensure procurement aligns with company goals and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the sourcing and negotiation of indirect services across the organization.
- Manage the supplier selection process, ensuring competitive bids and compliance with internal policies.
- Maintain and update contract records in our database.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Support functional strategies and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Ensure all procurement activities follow the company's Schedule of Authority.
What You Bring
We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on procurement expertise.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a professional purchasing qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in procurement or a related field.
- Proven track record in sourcing and managing indirect services.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Proficiency in cost/price analysis techniques.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
