Your Role

As an Specialist at StayVista, you will play a key role in managing and optimising property listings across various platforms, gaining insight into revenue generation and property management. Your responsibilities include performing daily booking checks to ensure accuracy across platforms, maintaining listing hygiene by updating property descriptions, photos, and pricing, and supporting the tracking of property performance against revenue targets. Additionally, you will assist in liaising with homeowners to align with their expectations.

About You

  • Central role for the Account management function.
  • Creating and maintaining data sets.
  • Follow up with regional teams for closures and updates.
  • Creating and implementing processes centrally.
  • Sharing MIS and taking updates from regional teams.
  • Strategising new initiatives for Retention.
  • Homeowner engagement and Retention, statement and settlement at monthly level.
  • Training the team on new initiatives.
  • 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's/ Master's degree in hospitality studies or related field.
  • This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs

  • Experience in project coordination or on-ground operations in the hospitality or real estate sector.
  • Working knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management systems.
