Job Description

The Specialist - SAP IBP Response & Supply Order Series will play a crucial role in our SAP Planning - Delivery department. They will be responsible for implementing and configuring the Response & Supply module within SAP IBP, focusing on supply planning and order-based strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics and the ability to translate business requirements into efficient IBP solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure the SAP IBP Response & Supply module, ensuring optimal supply chain performance.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze supply chain requirements.
  • Translate supply chain needs into scalable and efficient IBP solutions.
  • Develop and maintain order-based planning strategies to optimize supply and demand.
  • Manage real-time response management processes to enhance supply chain responsiveness.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the IBP system.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on the effective use of IBP tools.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.
  • Work collaboratively with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of IBP with other systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP IBP implementation and configuration.
  • Proven track record in supply chain optimization and planning strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in SAP IBP modules, especially Response & Supply.
  • Experience in developing and implementing order-based planning processes.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management best practices and industry standards.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
