Job Description
The Senior Specialist - SAP IBP Response & Supply Order Series will play a pivotal role in our SAP Planning - Delivery department at Bristlecone India Limited. This position involves designing, configuring, and supporting SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes, with a specific focus on supply planning and order-based planning. The successful candidate will ensure seamless integration with SAP ECC/S4HANA, optimizing supply response and improving service levels.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and support of SAP IBP Response & Supply processes, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Focus on supply planning, order-based planning, and constraint-based planning to optimize supply chain operations.
- Integrate SAP IBP with SAP ECC/S4HANA to enable efficient data exchange and process automation.
- Analyze and interpret supply chain data to identify areas for process improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of SAP IBP solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for performance enhancement.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP IBP features and best practices, implementing them to enhance our processes.
- Document and maintain comprehensive system documentation for future reference.
- Ensure data security and privacy compliance in line with company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP IBP implementation and support, with a focus on Response & Supply processes.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP IBP functionality, especially in supply planning and order-based planning.
- Experience with SAP ECC/S4HANA integration and data exchange is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex supply chain data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive and innovative approach to process improvement and optimization.
- Familiarity with industry-specific supply chain challenges and best practices.
- Willingness to stay updated with the latest SAP IBP releases and advancements.
