As a Specialist - SAP IBP DP, you will play a crucial role in our SAP Planning - Delivery department. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the effective configuration and integration of the SAP IBP Demand module, enabling accurate demand forecasting for our clients. You will work closely with our team to analyze business requirements, design and implement solutions, and provide ongoing support and maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze client business requirements and translate them into SAP IBP Demand Planning configurations.
  • Configure and customize the SAP IBP Demand module to meet specific client needs, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Develop and maintain demand forecasting models, utilizing advanced analytics and statistical techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, sales, and finance, to gather data and insights for accurate demand planning.
  • Conduct regular reviews and performance assessments of the SAP IBP Demand module, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the SAP IBP Demand Planning solution.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP IBP and supply chain management, and propose innovative solutions to enhance our services.
  • Document and maintain comprehensive records of all configurations, customizations, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, and adhere to data privacy and security protocols.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP IBP Demand Planning, with a strong understanding of SAP IBP and its integration capabilities.
  • Proven track record in analyzing business requirements and translating them into effective SAP IBP configurations.
  • Excellent knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices, with a focus on demand planning and forecasting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using SAP IBP tools and other relevant software for demand planning and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Willingness to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility to travel as required for client engagements and project implementations.
