As an SAP ABAP Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality technical solutions. Responsibilities
- Design and develop SAP applications, focusing on SAP ABAP programming.
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to SAP best practices.
- Conduct unit testing and participate in system integration testing.
- Provide support and maintenance for existing SAP applications.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, contributing to continuous improvement.
- Document and maintain technical specifications and development guidelines.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Participate in project planning, estimating, and providing accurate timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with a strong understanding of SAP modules.
- Excellent knowledge of ABAP programming, including OOPs concepts, ABAP Dictionary, and SAP Web Dynpro.
- Experience with SAP HANA and S/4HANA is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Good understanding of SAP architecture and integration concepts.
- Proficiency in database design and SQL queries.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
