We are seeking a talented and passionate SAP ABAP Consultant to join our team and play a vital role in shaping our enterprise software solutions. As a Specialist, you will collaborate with a dynamic group of professionals, working on diverse projects that will have a significant impact on our clients digital transformation journeys. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing our SAP offerings and delivering exceptional value.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop SAP ABAP solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to gather and translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Implement and configure SAP ABAP modules, including custom development and integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning to ensure high-quality and efficient SAP ABAP solutions.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP ABAP-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, trends, and innovations, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our SAP ABAP practices.
  • Document and maintain SAP ABAP code, ensuring clear and concise documentation for future reference and knowledge transfer.
  • Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation, providing accurate timelines and resource requirements.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with a strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and its modules.
  • Expertise in SAP ABAP programming, including object-oriented programming, ABAP Objects, and SAPUI5/Fiori development.
  • Proficiency in SAP ABAP development tools, such as ABAP Workbench, ADT, and SAP HANA Studio.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration and upgrade projects is highly preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex SAP ABAP issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
  • Certifications in SAP ABAP or related SAP technologies are an added advantage.
