Responsibilities
- Design and develop SAP ABAP solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to understand project scope and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior team members to ensure the delivery of robust and scalable SAP ABAP applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective support to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our SAP ABAP development practices.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, providing technical expertise and contributing to proposal development for potential clients.
- Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops to enhance the skills of team members and promote a culture of continuous learning.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security protocols, and data privacy regulations in all SAP ABAP development activities.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to conduct thorough testing and validation of SAP ABAP solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development, with a proven track record of successful project deliveries.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming, including object-oriented programming, ABAP Objects, and SAP HANA integration.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and its core functionalities, including SAP Fiori and SAP UI5.
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP development tools, such as ABAP Workbench, ABAP Development Tools (ADT), and SAP Web IDE.
- Familiarity with SAP HANA database and its integration with SAP ABAP applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines.
