ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE:
- Assist in the launch of Used Car Business
- Manage the Product and Processes rollout for Used Car Business
- Assist in developing partnerships with external parties/vendors to generate additional business
- Relationship management with key stakeholders in smooth functioning of business
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:
Driving Business for Used Car Product
- Assist to launch the Used Car Product Refinance & Repurchase
- Assist in preparation & roll out of Product and Process for Used Car Business
- Track the daily business and prepare relevant MIS for supporting the business
- Drive business through designing Sales contest and variable Pay program
Used Car Digitalization
- Engaging with internal IT team [defining requirement in BRD, doing User Acceptance Testing] to deliver the system needed to scale up business
- Do competitor benchmarking and do market assessment to bring in new changes in the system to enable business scale up
Partnerships/Customer
- Identify and tie up with DSAs, dealerships, connectors, valuation agencies to scale up the business
- Engaging with DSA/dealer/staff on a periodic basis to understand the changes in consumer behavior and make necessary changes in the Product
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to get relevant approvals to do partner tie-ups
Educational / Qualifications:
- PDGM/MBA from Tier 1 or 2 college preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Sales/Product/Credit with minimum 1-2 years of related experience in Used Car business [not mandatory]
