Job Description

About Department:

Helpdesk SBU, mainly helps the clients from India region in resolving the queries they have. Queries will be resolved through ticketing system.


Position Purpose

:Handle the number of queries that are coming in the form of tickets & give the right solution to it after discussing it with the internal team
