Role/ Job Title: Specialist-Product Marketing
Function/ Department: Marketing
Job Purpose
The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading & planning the marketing strategy for specific business (MSME/Start Up) & rural segments. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive product awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Understand the Business Portfolio target & able to plan marketing strategy & plan execution with stakeholders.
- Develop a deep understanding of the various cohorts and identify opportunities for the bank
- Introduce best practices used in the industry to promote the bank's offering amongst the MSME and Rural segment
- Define product positioning, messaging, and differentiation to effectively communicate value propositions to target audiences.
- Ideate and conceptualise Go To Market Strategies to deliver a strong marketing multiplier effect on the bank's efforts
- Deep Dive on analytics and combine it with market research identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Take complete ownership of the bank's goals and a strong VOC and marketing POV for each of the segments
- Expert in problem solving skills & Positive attitude.
- Should have had prior experience in the MSME and Rural segment and understand the nuances of the right marketing mix model to be implemented
Education Qualification
Graduation: Any Graduation
Post-graduation: Any Post-graduation
Experience: 10 - 18 years of relevant experience.
