Position Summary :
- Establish QuidelOrtho as a brand that provides value added services to customers that enhance patient care.
- Work with laboratories and blood banks to help improve efficiency and productivity
- Create lab designs and layouts that ensure lean processes and workflows.
- Lean layouts/designing as per guidelines
- 5S implementation
- Automation layouts
- Simulations & VMx assessments
- Conduct Process excellence workshops
- Work with customers on process improvement implementations
Minimum Education Or Equivalent Experience Required/Preferred
- Post graduate or graduate with 3-4 years experience in a clinical laboratory setting
Minimum Years Of Related Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required/Preferred
- 2-3 years experience in a laboratory or blood bank setting
- Good communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
