Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordinating, conducting and documenting order management projects and communicating results
- Liaison with other departments, customers and third parties to obtain information for analysis
- Generate reports and recommendations based upon analysis and presents data to leadership
- Regularly briefs leadership on the status of orders to be processed
- Involved in escalations, reporting, analysis
- May monitor online pricing and configuration management
- Coaching and Feedback to assigned teams
Essential Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Strong understanding of the order management process
- Strong understanding of corporate systems and processes
Desirable Requirements
- Typically requires 2 years or more related experience in a professional role with a bachelor's degree; or equivalent experience
Experience:
- Total Exp: 2-4 Years
- Rel Exp: 2+ years
