Key Responsibilities:

• Cognos Environment Administration Install configure and maintain Cognos BI servers including upgrades and patches
• Security and Access Control Manage user authentication authorization and access control ensuring data security and compliance
• Report Management Oversee report development deployment and maintenance ensuring reports are accurate efficient and meet business requirements
• Performance Optimization Monitor and optimize Cognos system performance identifying and resolving bottlenecks and issues
• Technical Support Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for Cognosrelated issues resolving problems and escalating complex issues to vendors or internal experts
• Training and Documentation Develop and deliver training sessions for endusers and maintain documentation on Cognos best practices procedures and troubleshooting
• Compliance and Governance Ensure Cognos environment compliance with organizational policies industry regulations and standards
• Collaboration Work closely with IT teams business stakeholders and vendors to ensure seamless integration and alignment of Cognos with organizational goals
• Requirements
• Experience Minimum 8 years of experience in Cognos administration with expertise in Cognos BI 11x 12x

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Cognos architecture configuration and security
• Experience with report development deployment and maintenance Familiarity with data modelling data warehousing and business intelligence concepts
• Proficiency in SQL XML and other relevant technologies
