DEPARTRMENT: Specialist - Key User After Sales Aura
Your Tasks
- Daily 1st level support for Interfaces between SAP CS and SAP SD module in alignment with global SD aftersales business
- Support and execution of the UAT for STC Aftersales with a focus on quotation planning, performing opservice and support of the interfaces between SAP CS and SAP SD module
- New ideas of Master data Preparation with LSMW (Definition, Testing, Validation) and ITO alignment calls for new LSMW
- Design, implement & improve existing or new KPI's with tools like Power BI or Microsoft Dynamics
- Basic understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and their importance in measuring business performance
- Familiarity with SAP reporting tools and ability to generate reports to track KPIs
- Good communication skills to share KPI results with stakeholders and team members
- Digitalize new checklists or create new versions of existing checklists within Service
Your Profile
- Several years of professional experience as a SAP key user or comparable position
- Very good knowledge of SAP CS/PM module and S4 / HANA
- Practical experience in training end users and in creating training documents
- Confident demeanour as well as teamwork and communication skills
- Structured way of working and problem-solving skills
- Open-mindedness to new technologies and methods
- Willingness to travel for project work and user training
