Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform data analysis and profiling to propose data unification logic
- Maintain feature backlog in Jira with detailed specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Work with business teams and Scrum Master to plan and execute sprints, review features, and provide feedback
- Develop User Guides, Release Notes, and product documentation
- Define and manage SLAs to ensure performance and availability
- Oversee incident and problem resolution minimizing business impact
- Analyze product performance, customer behavior, and market trends to guide decisions
- Create reports and dashboards to track key product metrics
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Analyze customer feedback to identify product improvements
Basic Qualifications:
- Master's with 8-10 years OR Bachelor's with 10-14 years OR Diploma with 14-18 years in Product Owner/Platform Owner/Service Owner roles
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong data analysis, profiling, and advanced SQL
- Proficient with Excel for data stewarding
- Experience communicating data findings to non-technical users
- Hands-on Power BI for reporting
- Strong Agile, Jira, Confluence, and ITSM knowledge
- Experience with data management products like data warehouses, MDM, visualization
- Proven success mentoring analysts and profilers
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with human healthcare data and lab/clinical data standards (HL7, FHIR)
- Knowledge of AI/LLM for data curation and metadata creation
- Experience developing differentiated data solutions
Certifications:
- SAFe Agile Practitioner (preferred)
