Specialist – HR Generalist
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administer core HR programs and policies, ensuring consistent application and compliance.
- Manage employee lifecycle transactions including hiring, onboarding, job changes, terminations, and records maintenance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee and manager HR inquiries, resolving routine to moderately complex issues.
- Provide first‑level support for employee relations matters and partner with HRBPs or ER on escalations.
- Coordinate rewards, relocation, and immigration processes in collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence.
- Support execution of talent and organizational initiatives such as performance management and engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate HR data and process transactions in HRIS (Workday preferred), producing standard reports as needed.
Employee Lifecycle Management - support onboarding, confirmation, job changes, and exits for Maximus India employees.
Maintain accurate and compliant employee records in HR systems (e.g., Workday).
Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries related to policies, benefits, and processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 3+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment practices.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Proficiency with HR systems (e.g., Workday or similar HRIS).
- Experience working in a GCC / global organization with cross‑border stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
