Roles and Responsibilities :
Core HR Operations
- Manage employee lifecycle activities: onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Maintain accurate employee records, personal files, and statutory documentation.
- Support payroll inputs, attendance validation, leave management, and employee master data.
- Coordinate with department heads on manpower requirements and HR process adherence.
- Handle employee queries related to policies, attendance, payroll, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and internal guidelines.
- Assist in performance management cycles, appraisal documentation, and MIS reporting.
- Support employee engagement activities, HR communications, and disciplinary processes.
HRIS & Digital HR Responsibilities
- Candidates with hands on exp on HRMS tool - ((Zoho HR / HROne / Keka HR).)
- Configure and manage modules such as attendance, leave, payroll inputs, employee self-service, and workflows.
- Ensure accurate data entry, system audits, and periodic data validation.
- Drive adoption of HRIS across departments through training and handholding.
- Generate HR dashboards, reports, and analytics for management review.
- Coordinate with HRIS vendors for issue resolution, enhancements, and upgrades.
- Lead HRIS implementation, migration, or optimization projects when required.
- Ensure data security, access controls, and system compliance.
Desired Work Experience
2–3 years of experience in HR operations with strong HRIS exposure
Special Mentions
- Strong hands-on experience with Zoho HR, HROne, Keka HR, or similar HRIS platforms
- Good understanding of HR operations, payroll inputs, and attendance systems
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HR dashboards, and MIS reporting
- Process-oriented mindset with high attention to detail
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to train employees on HR systems and processes
