Job Description
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR policies employee lifecycle management and organizational culture.
- Drive employee engagement programs and foster a positive work environment Provide guidance on compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop effective solutions and programs.
- Support organizational transformation and leadership development initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to address workforce needs in a matrixed environment.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports dashboards and presentations to support decision making.
- Partner with business unit leaders to translate business objectives into HR strategies.
- Lead the implementation of HR initiatives from Centers of Excellence and customize interventions for specific business units.
- Manage employee relations including grievance resolution and conflict management.
- Coach managers and leaders on talent management leadership practices and organizational change.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies labor laws and data protection standards Facilitate onboarding performance management and exit processes.
- Drive rewards recognition and retention programs to enhance employee morale.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple levels and locations
- Driving Talent Management process end to end including pay planning career development and succession plan.
