Purpose of the Position
Support the Lead Specialist/Manager in partnering with business leaders to drive HR initiatives. The role exists to assist in employee engagement and retention, facilitate talent supply and development activities, enable effective performance management, and contribute to workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
Principal Responsibilities
Talent Engagement & Retention: Working closely with managers to identify engagement and retention issues through surveys, feedback, and analysis. Supporting the implementation of action plans that address root causes of disengagement or turnover, and monitoring progress against agreed interventions.
Performance Management: Providing support during quarterly performance cycles by helping with communications, coordinating performance reviews, assisting managers with corrective action plans, and gathering employee feedback on performance and incentive programs.
Organization Effectiveness: Supporting workforce planning and organizational structure reviews by providing data and insights. Assisting in the execution of culture-building activities, departmental engagement initiatives, and ensuring alignment with the company's values and objectives.
Other Responsibilities: Contributing to the development of the HRBP team by sharing knowledge, participating in team learning initiatives, and supporting cross-functional HR projects as assigned.
Working Experience
Experience: Minimum 4-7 years of HR business partnering experience.
