Job Summary

As a Client Administrator, your primary responsibility is to ensure efficient and compliant service delivery to our diverse client base. You will play a key role in supporting clients to navigate tax, immigration, and mobility processes smoothly and confidently, while helping maintain compliance with applicable regulations. This role is vital for delivering excellent client service and supporting internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with territory offices to provide tax and mobility services.
  • Update and track assignments and services in the tax system.
  • Organize and manage tax questionnaires.
  • Assist in packaging and publishing completed tax returns/equalizations, supporting quality control.
  • Help process basic tax notices and coordinate with tax authorities.
  • Monitor service milestones and report status updates.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs, TAT, and country-specific deadlines.
  • Support engagement and tax teams with reporting, MIS, dashboards, and queries.
  • Assist in maintaining client compliance with tax laws, immigration regulations, and mobility policies.
  • Help resolve process or client-related issues and escalate when needed.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date client records and documentation.
