The Impact You'll Make in this Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Transfer Pricing Analyst to join our Global Transfer Pricing team. This role will support global transfer pricing compliance, documentation, and operational processes across multiple jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will work closely with Tax and across Finance and Business teams to ensure adherence to transfer pricing policies and regulatory requirements while driving process efficiencies. Candidates should be comfortable analysing data and balancing multiple competing priorities. The role will require flexibility to work in various time zones.

The primary roles & responsibilities would be to:

• Support the preparation and maintenance of transfer pricing documentation (Local Files, Master File, and Country-by-Country Reporting where applicable).
• Assist in the calculation, monitoring, and adjustment of intercompany transactions to ensure compliance with group transfer pricing policies.
• Coordinate with Tax and Finance teams to collect data and ensure accuracy of intercompany charges.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities within the shared services environment & support ad hoc tax and finance projects as required.
• Continuously evaluate processes, implementing learnings, and applying best practices

Your Skills and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• At least 5 years of work experience in Transfer Pricing, Tax or a Transfer Pricing-related field (such as valuation)
• Experience with transfer pricing in a shared services environment
• Knowledge of accounting principles under U.S. GAAP

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in English with strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across global teams
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Exposure to automation tools or process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)

Work Location: Hebbal, Bangalore (Karnataka)
