ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE:
To support branches in the smooth and compliant processing of all forex transactions by guiding them on
- documentation,
- operational procedures,
- MIS handling, and
- coordination with internal teams.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:
Business/ Financials
- To ensure document sufficiency and complying with internal, RBI and FEMA guidelines
- To ensure operational efficiency across all forex transactions and error-free processing operational procedures
- To provide MIS Data on regular intervals to track income
- coordination with internal teams and timely sighting and execution of transactions
Customer (Both Internal & External)
- Timely intimation of inward receipt of funds / documents to the customer/branch
- Provide day to day assistance to branches for all forex related queries and transactions
- Co-ordinating with branches/ customers to obtain documents / clarifications with respect to any transaction
- Follow up with branches/ customer for submission of required clarifications/documents to facilitate timely processing of transactions
- Delivering all other services like generation of transaction advices, statements, SWIFT copy, etc.
Education: Any Graduate
Experience: At least 5-6 years of experience in Retail Banking with experience in Trade Finance / Forex operations
