We are looking for a Specialist - EUC Imaging to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 10-14 years of experience in developing and managing imaging solutions for end-user computing devices, ensuring efficiency, security, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain imaging solutions for end-user computing devices
- Create and manage deployment packages for software applications
- Ensure compliance with security standards in imaging processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve imaging-related issues in a timely manner
- Optimize imaging processes for efficiency and effectiveness
- Document processes and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices
Skills and Qualifications
- 10-14 years of experience in end-user computing (EUC) imaging
- Proficient in imaging tools such as SCCM, MDT, or similar
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and configurations
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python
- Familiarity with hardware and software troubleshooting
- Understanding of security protocols and data protection practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
