Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with project manager or senior project manager to drive project success
- Take ownership of small projects and support major projects
- Manage the organisational structure of projects, ensuring streamlined reporting, communication, and working procedures
- Attend project meetings and prepare project-related reports, analyses, and reviews
- Forecast project expenditure and ensure effective management of project budgets
- Ensure clear project objectives and optimal outcomes for all stakeholders
Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients by understanding their needs and constraints
- Balance client satisfaction with JLL's business objectives
- Identify opportunities to introduce clients to other business lines at JLL
- Manage project revenue and payment cycles to prevent bad debt
Project Delivery Excellence:
- Manage professional consultants for design and documentation
- Perform contract administration in compliance with legal requirements to protect commercial interests
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Prioritize health, safety, and sustainability throughout the project lifecycle
- Act with urgency in solving problems, improving services, and implementing strategies
- Handle tight deadlines and competing priorities effectively
