Job Description

Twigs Direct requires an Ecommerce Specialist who will drives online sales by managing product listings, advertising campaigns (PPC), and inventory across third party platforms like Amazon (Seller/Vendor Central), Flipkart, Meesho and several others. He / she will optimize A+ content, improve conversion rates, monitor account health, and analyze trends to maximize ROI, usually requiring 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Listing & Content Optimization: Create, optimize, and manage product listings (titles, descriptions, images) and A+ content for Amazon, Flipkart, and others.
  • Platform Level SEO: Keyword research, meta tags, competitor research - comprehensive overall SEO according to requirement. Performance measurement and continuous improvement.
  • Advertising & Marketing: Plan and execute paid campaigns (Amazon Sponsored Ads/DSP, Flipkart Ads) and manage promotional campaigns to boost sales. Performance measurement and continuous improvement.
  • Catalog & Inventory Management: Coordinate inventory levels to prevent stockouts and manage order fulfillment processes.
  • Analytical Reporting: Analyze daily sales trends, traffic, conversion rates, and ROI to create data-driven sales strategies.
  • Platform Compliance: Monitor Account Health and resolve listing violations, violations, and returns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Platform Expertise: Expert knowledge of Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and web analytics tools.
  • Experience: 2-3 years in ecommerce marketplace management.
  • Platform Experience: Knowledge of other platforms (e.g., Meesho, Myntra, Shopify) is highly desirable.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of keyword research, SEO, and PPC strategies.

  10. How do you handle negative product reviews or customer complaints that threaten your seller rating
  11. Describe your process for resolving a suspended listing or a listing discrepancy issue on Amazon/Flipkart.

  13. How do you ensure consistent branding across different marketplaces while complying with the unique algorithms of each
