Key Performance Areas
- Financial Inclusion Implementation: Should be responsible for the implementation of Financial Inclusion End to End right from RFP, Vendor Finalization, Agreements, Internal Vendor process on Risk and deployment
- Responsible for BCA trainings
- Responsible for regular reviews with Vendor officials and record for audit purpose
- Responsible for FI audit (Internal and External)
- Should have thorough knowledge of RBI and other regulatory guidelines and updated knowledge time to time
- Should have field visit experiences
- Should have thorough technical knowledge of FI and related products
- Should have experience in Government business
- Should have coordinated with government bodies regarding the implementation of FI
- Should have experience in coordinating with NPCI and UIDAI
- Should have knowledge on complete flow of FI end to end with respect to AEPS and Card based transactions
Scope Under Each Key Performance Area
- Vendor Management: Evaluation of Technical and Operational capability of Vendor, Negotiation, Completion of internal requirements on Onboarding vendor. Agreements, Coordination, Driving of Business, Payment, Reviews and Reporting
- Process & Procedures: Process creation adhering to thorough knowledge and handhold on Regulator guidelines and Organization policies. Creation of SOPs, Policies and Guidelines to the Branches and as well as for Business Correspondent Agents
- Project Implementation: Implementation of project adhering to the operational goals, processes & procedures. Regular and Surprise visits, reviews, frequent trainings to ensure the project is on progress track in terms of all parameters required. Handling a team of 150+. Running Campaigns to increase the business productivity
- Profit Centre: Fixing the targets basis detailed analysis of regulators requirement, guidelines, profit generating key points, focus areas, enhancement parameters etc., Acting as a profit center of the project and reporting in regular intervals
- Controls: Complete ownership on Technological Developments & Enhancements, UAT & Live Verification Sign-offs, Reconciliation Controls, Limit Parameters, Audit responses, Budgeting and P&L reporting etc.,
- Products Handled: Financial Inclusion through BCAs, AEPS, e-KYC, DIGITAL Banking, Cross Selling of Banking Products etc., Facilitation of Micro-ATM driven transactions through Card based and AEPS based transactions to ONUS and OFFUS customers
- Coordination with RBI, SLBC, NPCI, UIDAI, Administrative Officers etc.,
- New Business: Identified business opportunities through market and industry research
- Reporting: Complete internal and external reporting. Analysis and strategical improvements produced Business Intelligence
- Building rapport with regulators, Ministry of Finance & other Government Departments by organizing strategic meetings and events
- Accurately compiled, computed and verified data while resolving complex issues
- Acted as strategic point of contact for internal and external customers across multiple departments
- Delivered project presentations to secure new clients
- Optimization of Resources
- AEPS Coordination- UAT testing and sign-off
- NPCI & UIDAI coordination with regards to AEPS and Financial Inclusion Project Implementation
- Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reviews with the vendor to grow the business
- Bi-Annual site visits to ensure risk free project implementation
