Job Description
Website Management & Optimization
- Own and manage thebusiness unit'swebsitesas a core digital channel supporting brand and lead generation goals.
- PerformCMS updates, landing page creation, and content publishing to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Optimizesite structure, UX, SEO, and conversion paths to improve engagement and performance.
- Monitor website analytics and drive continuous improvements based on insights and KPIs.
- Collaborate with IT and external partners to manage enhancements, integrations, and technical performance.
Marketing Automation & Nurture Programs
- Perform Marketing Automation activities on SFMC,leveragingthe team's support whenrequiredon the following:
- Buildingemails, segments, and journeys
- Designingand managinglead nurture programs to guide prospects through the funnel.
- Runningreports, analyzingjourney performance,personalizationexperiencesand implementingimprovements.
Lead Generation Strategy, Media Planning & Execution
- Develop and execute full-funnel lead generation strategies across organic and paid channels.
- Build andmaintainintegrated media plans aligned to audience segments, campaign goals, and budget allocations.
- Execute ad placement across search, social, display, and other relevant platforms.
- Collaborate with content, creative, and automation teams to deliver cohesive demand-generation programs.
- Monitor funnel and campaign performance,optimizingtargeting,creative, bidding, and budget allocation to improve ROI.
SEO, Analytics & Performance Insights
- Perform SEO and Analytics activities,leveragingthe team's support whenrequiredon the following:
- Applyingcore SEO principles to improve organic visibility of content.
- Usinganalytics platforms to track channel performance, lead flow, and campaign effectiveness.
- Buildingdashboards,extractinsights, andtranslatedata into actionable recommendations.
- Continuouslyoptimizingdigital programs based on performance trends and KPIs.
Digital Leadership & Project Management
- Ownand manage digital marketing projects and multi-channel campaigns.
- Serve as the primary coordinator for digital initiatives, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- Build andmaintainproject plans, manage timelines, and proactivelyidentifyrisks or resource needs.
- Facilitate smooth collaboration with cross-functional partners to ensure consistent delivery.
Content Planning & Digital Channel Management
- Plan, manage, andoptimizecontent across email, social media, websites, and other digital channels.
- Be responsible forcontent governance and updates across CMS platforms and internal communication systems.
- Ensure content aligns with brand standards, user needs, and lead generation goals.
- Collaborate with writers and designers to create assets that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Qualifications
- 8+ yearsof proven experience in digital marketing, project management, and content strategy.
- Experience in B2B and B2C digital marketing environments.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, marketing automation tools,SEOand analytics software.
- Strong communicationand coordination skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with global teams.
