Job Description: Specialist - Digital Marketing
Context
Aurigene Pharmaceutical Services is embarking on a steep aspirational growth journey. Digital marketing is recognized as a key initiative to drive business growth through new lead generation. We are seeking a Marketing Specialist with significant prior experience in the domain to lead these efforts.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Execution
- Campaign Planning: Develop and maintain a comprehensive campaign calendar, specifically focusing on content planning, defining campaign objectives, and scheduling.
- Execution & Analytics: Oversee the end-to-end execution of campaigns and perform regular diagnostics to measure effectiveness.
2. Marketing Automation
- Implement marketing automation activities to streamline processes.
- Design and manage emailer journeys tailored for various business situations.
- Create and optimize event-based customer journeys
3. Channel Management
Website
- Run continuous website diagnostics to ensure optimal health and performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for the website interface and user experience.
Webinars
- Lead webinar initiatives by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, handling everything from content finalization to final event execution.
- Manage the post-webinar lead qualification and management process.
Events & Conferences
- Plan and execute marketing activities surrounding critical industry events and conferences to maximize brand visibility and lead capture.
Social Media
- Manage the lead generation process primarily through LinkedIn and other relevant social media channels.
- Drive continuous engagement activities to build community and brand awareness.
Other Channels
- Email Marketing: comprehensive management of emailer campaigns.
- Marketplace: Manage and optimize marketplace listings.
Education & Experience
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Digital/B2B marketing roles.
- Industry Focus: Prior experience in companies operating in the CRDMO (Contract Research, Development, and Manufacturing Organization) space is highly valued.
- Education: MBA from a top-tier institute is preferred.
- Sector: A Pharma background is considered a good to have but is not mandatory.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Self-Starter: Possesses a strong internal drive to deliver value without constant supervision.
- Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with multi-dimensional and cross-functional teams.
- Execution Focus: A go-getter attitude with a proactive approach to getting things done.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot) and website analytics tools is a distinct advantage.
