Roles & Responsibilities
- Handling the corporate compliances of listed and unlisted entities.
- Co-ordination with Registrar and share transfer agent, retail investors, service providers and other local/ global internal team.
- Maintaining statutory records of Indian companies, as assigned and filing necessary forms with Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
- Preparation of board and committee meetings agenda, minutes and other necessary documents of listed and unlisted entities.
- Preparation and filing disclosures in Indian stock exchanges and updating the team for change in Corporate laws
- Convening shareholders meetings, Board meetings and various Committee meetings of listed and unlisted entities
- Preparing Annual Report of listed and unlisted entities
- Managing CSR projects/activities
- Able to work independently to manage the board of private/public companies
- Assisting the Compliance officer of listed entity in various other activities related to listed entity
- Independently managing the compliance tool
Required Qualifications
- Must be a qualified Company Secretary and preferably a law graduate
- 6+ years of post qualification experience
- Must have experience in implementation of CSR projects.
