JOB PURPOSE
To maintain the airside assets i.e. Pavements, drainage system & associate structures ensuring the service level of 98% Minimum down time of the assets Optimize utilization of assets at airside.
This position at the Sector level will interact with respective office holders of all the GMR airports to ensure the following aspects:
Enhancing airside operations
Airside capacity assessment and ATM evolution
Compliance of rules and regulations at Airport
Enhance and coordinate Emergency Response Management
Compilation of Airport specific KPIs and maintaining common dashboard at Global COO office
Benchmark of best practices

Airside Operation will report to head of Airport Operations.
Key Accountabilities
Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators
Operations excellence:
Develop an integrated Operations excellence model for synergy of airside operations among GMR Airports
- Number of initiatives implemented
- Achieve Consistency across manuals and processes
Airside Ops risk mitigation:
Maintain a risk register for the Airside Operations and mitigate the risks identified
KPI and Airside Ops projects progress monitoring:
Lead regular meetings between airside managers to monitor the KPI status including projects progress
Regular update of Global COO dashboard.
Airport specific trend analysis development:
Trend analysis to deduce key observations from the KPIs to be able to determine actions to be taken to improve the airside performance
Number of improvement actions taken
Compliance to Regulations:
Oversight of compliance of operations requirements to ICAO and national regulation (access to Legatrix for DIAL)
Reduction in non-compliances achieved
Compliance monitoring of the Service providers:
Monitor the compliance to SLAs of various outsourced agencies for Airside Operations
Improvement in the Service quality
Capex plan and opex budget
Contribute to capex plan development on airside. Highlight key challenges and options. Ensure a sound capex planning of asset. Provide benchmark analysis and return of experience. Promote coordinated approach in opex setting.

Education Qualifications
Graduate
Relevant Experience
8-10 years of experience including 3 years in Airside Operations
