GUJARATI LANGUAGE IS MANDATORY

Duties and Responsibilities

Providing training and technical assistance to teachers and education professionals.

Work alongside the Program Manager to support local partners and ensure quality

implementation, including fieldwork to support school visits, work plans and training.

Assist with organization of meetings, conferences, events and travel

Strong ability to manage, prioritize, and organize multiple tasks

Be committed to meeting the needs of a diverse student population.

Facilitating workshops / meetings (both online and offline), as well as identifying resource professionals.

Help and support in curriculum/content development and research

Required Experience/Skills

Master's/ Bachelor's degree in Special Education, priority on cross disability courses (RCI Registered)

Knowledge of best practices in curriculum design, and an advanced understanding of instructional strategies for students with autism, specific learning disabilities, Intellectual impairment and Multiple disability.

Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of members.
