Job Summary
This role involves supporting policy servicing operations with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. The candidate will utilize technical expertise in MS Office and ideally domain knowledge in Property & Casualty Insurance to ensure seamless policy management. The hybrid work model and night shift provide flexibility while maintaining operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage policy servicing tasks with precision and adherence to company standards to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize MS Office tools to prepare analyze and maintain policy-related documentation and reports effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address policy-related queries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Conduct thorough reviews of policy documents to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide support in updating and maintaining policy records in the companys database to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of policy summaries and reports for stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to clarify policy details and address concerns.
- Monitor policy servicing workflows to identify areas for improvement and recommend process enhancements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while handling sensitive policy information.
- Support the team in achieving key performance indicators and meeting service level agreements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Property & Casualty Insurance to enhance domain knowledge.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to continuously improve technical and domain skills.
- Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving and contribute to the overall success of the policy servicing team.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office tools including Excel Word and PowerPoint to perform policy servicing tasks efficiently.
- Possess strong analytical skills to review and interpret policy documents with attention to detail.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Showcase adaptability to work in a hybrid model and night shift environment while maintaining productivity.
- Have a basic understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance which is considered a valuable asset.
- Display a commitment to learning and staying updated on industry trends and company policies.
- Bring a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in policy servicing or a related field with a maximum of 4 years preferred.
Certifications Required
Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification is mandatory AINS (Associate in General Insurance) certification is a plus.
